Return/Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, and there are no cancellations. Please be specific when placing your order, and review all items in your cart before entering you credit card information. Once your card is processed, you have agreed to our terms and conditions and have agreed to purchase all items in your cart. Damaged merchandise will be exchanged for the same item or for a store credit. The Tennessee Theatre will reimburse the cost to ship the damaged item back to us for replacement. Please send all damaged merchandise with information listed below to:

Please include with the damaged item:
*Your copy of the original order
*A request for a replacement item, or credit
*Your full name, address, phone number, and email address so we can contact you if necessary
*Your return will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the damaged items. Please note the turn around time is reflective of business hours, Monday through Friday.
*All damaged items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase in order to qualify. After 30 days, damaged goods are a final sale.
*The Tennessee Theatre understands that special circumstance will arise. If you have any problems or questions, please call (865) 684-1200.
Minimum Order Requirements
There is a $10.00 minimum order requirement.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within 2-3 days of the following business day.
We offer shipping according to the following rate schedule:
Orders up to $50.00: $5.00 shipping fee
Over $50.00: $8.00 shipping fee
Tickets are charged a flat $4.00 handling fee.
** For Shipments outside the United States an email will be sent to you with shipping charges for approval prior to the order being processed.
*** We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Any credit, refunds or resolution issues regarding customers' purchases via on-line Tennessee Theatre gift shop are the sole discretion of the Manger on duty. We make every attempt to ensure your order is processed correctly and accurately and is delivered as promised.
The Tennessee Theatre values our patrons and the many visitors to our website; we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service.
